Sitting on a Roc’s egg
To see what hatches…
Free to possess
And carry arms,
Who will assess
The one that harms?
If I my anger
Cannot control
Then that hunger
Will take its toll…
If I should choose
To act in fear
Someone will lose
What they hold dear…
What is insanity,
If not that?
What is cheese
To a hungry rat?
End the violence
Is easy to say,
But who has sense
To find the way?
