Ask a starving fellow to fast?
Isn’t better to fast from starving?
Should I expect the crippled to walk fast?
Would he even move an inch without me helping?

Why would a blind man close his eyes?
Should I seat and watch him stumble?
Can’t I have so many left overs for them flies?
Or should I silence the stomachs that grumble?

Why do I have empty houses scattered over the world?
Wouldn’t it be a nice story for the homeless?
Isn’t it something they can’t afford?
If I don’t help, I’d be blameless?

Is going to church not an obligation?
But should I walk past an ailing brother?
Are we all not on the receiving end of salvation?
Why should I always think myself better?

Am I really on the right track?
Is LOVE really existing?
Don’t I have enough on my storage rack?
Why do some of these still persisting?
