Come nigh unto me, my soul’s delight, under
The tangerine tree, three times taller than tripod
Let my body commune with yours

Let me lay lightly on your buff-bared body
Betimes in the morrow, before the cock crow,
When your love tread the narrow path of my marrow.

In the noontide,
We will take trip to Suntan,
Sitting by the sea tide
Breathing the beach’s breeze.
Love in paradise.

At night’s nineth hour,
We shall return to the tall tangerine tree,
On the field of Alamuwa. The cicada beetles singing solemn song
As my hand dive under your top
Finding its way to the top.
The bush babies’ blues brings by bliss.
O my love, seal my lips with your kiss.

Swagger now, as it pleases your heart.
Let none deride you.
Be not forgetful,
I am the ant guarding your tangerine.
