From the darkest pit comes the ghoulish wail
Stolen future in blood and years
Their voices rummages jungles and bounces off trees
Soulless masked in blood-stained gears, they muster to call
Being back our girls
They ought to know better, do better our clueless leaders
Who hides away in rocks built like high wall
Stealing future in blood and years .
Parents tried in vain to wipe away the tears
They dare not grieve and perplexed they yell
Bring back our girls.
Safety assured and the girls believed their lies
But into the unknown they sojourns through hell
Stolen future in blood and years.
The long dark night is almost over, Chibok girls
Run nigh and walk tall but do not fall
Bring back our girls
Stolen future in blood and years.
