Cọ́n-scìò magazine is accepting original poetry, prose (fiction and non-fiction), art & photography for Issue 1/Volume 3 [July 2021]. The theme of this issue is Life In My City.
For this issue, our editors are looking for poets, prose writers, artists, and photographers interpreting their cities and showing us what they see, what they think, and what they envision about any city of their choice, whether they live there or not..
We expect works that explore the people, sights, cultures, food, history, fashion, etc of their chosen cities.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- All submissions must adhere to the theme
- Submit a maximum of 2 entries per category (photo, poetry, art, prose)
- Submit only original content authored by you
- Short stories and essays should be between 400 to 1000 words
- Art/photographs should come with captions
- Works not written in English must be translated
- All submissions should be made via the portal: https://www.wrr.ng/submit/
- Include brief author biography and social media handles
