I search for a way
My predator is behind
My heart beats more than a Fuji band

I run
But I’m still being chased
I’m trying not to be caught
‘I shall escape’ says my mind
But caught is how I feel
Victim
I sweat
Laughter isn’t a possession
I shall speed
Like lightning bolt
Towards the safety line
As a victim
I have not rested
As a victim I am still running, to the end
With bated breath
Hmm, no rest
