Still Justice
www.facebook.com/WRRPoetry [Still Justice]
Lady justice lays still;
Stranded
Blindfolded with net
For a clear vision

There’s always good evidence
Yet no conviction
And acquittals abound
“No convincing evidence”

So capital crimes
Become common scenes
And common sins
With rare convictions and no jailing

They’ve made filthy history;
Due process, fairness and honesty
An anti-office activities,
Acquiring unhealthy wealth
For the yet to be born.

Indeed!
Laws are made
By the superiors
For the inferiors to obey.

Obviously!
Efforts are in vanity;
To stop or steal
The still Justice.

If they have so decided
To destroy our justice
For which many fought and died.
Then..

They shouldn’t hesitate,
To set free Beloved brothers and sisters
Languishing within walls
Of ruthless warders,
Before they seal their doom
By satisfying their hogwash avarice in office

How still,
How strangely still
Justice is today.

It is not just
For justice
To be so still.
