My yearning is God’s go ahead
I pine not for men’s company
My desire is to behold God.
Mortal folks multiply mundanity
God desires humanity’s absurdities
The audience of my fellows
Is simply a fleshly thorn.
Price and price to be paid
Loss and loss accumulated
Self denied and privileges surrendered
But let God be pleased.
When God is fully obeyed
At His command I go
In His presence I tremble
Then, revival is come!
