There are times when all you'll have is language, yet words will betray you; you’ll have the air within your reach, yet you'll still suffocate; you’ll decide to hold on to soft things, but all you’ll find is elements as hard as rock, you'll try to steady your gait, but your legs will keep trembling, & trembling, & trembling, & trembling; you'll try love, but bitterness will find you. Do I deserve all of these? You will ask questions that will be lost in the wind; you will seek answers, but the world will tell you all it can offer is questions, & questions, & questions, & questions; you will wonder if there is a place where the scripture says, Let there be tragedy. Again, you'll flip through the pages of life, of life, of life, of life, searching for a streak of light, but darkness will unfold, rolling towards your direction; your fingers will tremble, & tremble, & tremble, & tremble, as you become the cartographer of your own dreams. Life will teach you that this is the discography of your becoming, with albums & EPs of chaos, & there is nothing you can do about it, except to take a deep breath, & hawk your cross along the rough path of your dreams.
