These poems are the top 20 poems of the BRIGITTE POIRSON POETRY CONTEST (BPPC) June/July 2022. Poets featured in this edition are Jewo Oghenetega, Temidayo Testimony Omali Odey, Osieka Osinimu Alao, Olumide Manuel, Olafisoye-Oragbade Oluwatosin David, Inimfon Inyang, Enobong Ernest Enobong, L.A. Oyagaba Abah, Chukwuma-Eke Pacella, Overcomer Ibiteye, Ude Vivian Chidimm, Adebowale Raphael Omolasoye, Peter Columba Itanka, Ogedengbe Tolu Impact, Ifunanya Juliet, Oluwasegun Oluseyi Adesina, Nnadi Samuel, Ẹnììtàn Abdultawab, Onyedikachi Chinedu, and Fadairo Tesleem. The BPPC is a monthly writing contest aimed at rewarding the under-appreciated talent of young Nigerian poets. It awards ₦30,000 in prize money to the top three entries.
