QUIZZICAL GLARE

Read Time:1 Minute, 5 Second

www.facebook.com/WRRPoetry [Quizzical Glare]
From the start, my life of penury
Was the most stagnated of the century
My fate no more than Life’s pawn
They say my life doesn’t belong to me
But why does it look like mine?

House built with silver and expensive material
The facade is boldly imprinted with my name
A lolling and cool living was my aim
They say my house doesn’t belong to me
But why does it look like mine?

This young mistress I laboured on
Long brow, set lids, and lashes…
The pride I hide and proud of, waiting to reap my labour
They say my birth is not a pride
But why does it look like one

Upon the talent and effort to make fortune
I live hilariously frugal – just to make path
My world is becoming a history-tragedy
So, if my life isn’t worth living
What is my living worth in life?

If you say it often that I’m none-entity
Why do you choose me to criticize?
If my life, house, and birth do not belong to me,
It’s a pleasure that my talent
Pen and words belong to me
