MOURN–u–MENTAL

Read Time:50 Second

www.facebook.com/WRRPoetry [Mourn-u-mental]
When I’ve lived a life of love
When I’ve showered you with care
When my lips at last are sealed in the silence of death
And my hands no more write elegies and eulogies

When my eyes close in eternal slumber
And my heart thuds no more with creative thoughts
When my feet shall be crossed by the hands of unknown men
And my nose stuffed so I don’t choke from my own stench

Build me a pillar of tears, Carve for me a monument of wailing
Let your noses run and with its contents, build me a MOURNumental edifice

Immortalise me in the drop of your tears
And let my name be engraved, not on the tombstone, but on the tablet of your heart

Remember me for my good
Remember not the bad of me
Forget my wrong and immortalise my right
