Only you touch the deep well springs of my tears,
My home, after all the wanderings of my years,
You are Eden that no other can replace,
Tap root I cannot rend through rage or art sweet mama!
Mother, your are the hands of God
Soft, loving, caring and forgiving
Even in the darkest of my misdeeds
You have never loved me less.
Today, I say ‘Happy mother’s day to you
But it means more than flowers and gifts
It’s means saying ‘Thank you, I love you’
For you are my mother, friend, and love
Many warm hugs
Only flawless love
Teaching me wisdom
Helping me up
Ever smiling away my sadness
Raising a strong me…
