GOOD TIDINGS

Read Time:57 Second

Good tidings of the season
I bring. Christ’s birth is the reason;
The city is lit, singing fills the air,
Children dance, up, down the stairs.
Santa Claus is here, there, everywhere,
Just as he does this time each year.
It’s another season to give and keep
Let all smile, that once did weep.

Good tidings unto you I bring
A word of hope to you I’ll sing;
Be not be dismayed, do not fret
And throw in not the towel yet
As Christ our helper is today born,
All things, for good, will turn!
No matter your present condition
And the hopelessness of your situation
He will aid you to your destination!

Good tiding unto you I bring
Let’s raise our voices to sing,
Until they hear it in Jerusalem,
That Christ our King is born in Bethlehem;
Sacred infant Holy and Divine,
Born for your salvation and mine!
For all, His Light and Life He brings
With healing flowing from His wings!
