THE GOOD NATION BUILDER: by Eziudo Michael Nwachukwu

Read Time:42 Second

This trail continues and its marks go no where I can follow
I ask you now, what today breeds for tomorrow
As laziness and quest for quick sugary tea make you bend
That ought to uphold discipline and trend
Not sparing the rod to spoil the child upholding the chalk and the board
Rather you feed them poison in the coat of guide

Given the right to choose you chose death
And in tears life bid you farewell slowly yet you sawn’t it sleep away
But him up there you call names seeking impeachment
While on your holy land you let on your watch the foes flaunt party tent
Let each competitor hold tight his baton and seek not right track
The judgments after the trumpet determines our eternal end
