<p><a href="http://wrr.ng/authorpedia/albert-seraphin/" target="_blank">Albert Seraphin is a graduate of Political Science</a> from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo state and a member of the Lagos chapter of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) who just concluded his National Youth Service in Abia state.</p>
