The 6th edition of the annual Words Rhymes & Rhythm Literary Festival — FEAST OF WORDS (FOW) 2021 will hold on the 26th – 27th of November, 2021 in Abuja, Nigeria, with the theme: BRIDGING WITH WORDS. The theme is an appreciation of the important role that writing, and other art forms, play in bridging and connecting cultures, peoples, places, times, thoughts, and distances, especially during times of physical isolation like the coronavirus pandemic lockdown of 2020.
Activities at #FOW2021 will include a writing workshop, poetry and book readings, spoken word and musical performances, discussions panels, book swap, presentation of awards, and a literary picnic and zoo picnic at the National Childrens Park & Zoo, Maitama-Asokoro Rd., Abuja. There will also be a Spot-Writing and Oral Poetry Contest with a ₦20,000 cash prize each.

History of FOW
Words Rhymes & Rhythm (WRR) Ltd. has been committed to initiatives that support the development of young Nigerian writers since August 2012. Online classes, literary prizes, a website and e-magazine for publishing Nigerian writers, and the FEAST OF WORDS (FOW) Literary Festival, which began in December 2015, are among these initiatives. FOW is traditionally a one-day, non-ticketed event that brings together writers and book lovers each year in a fun atmosphere. The coronavirus pandemic prevented the 2020 edition from taking place.
