CỌ́N-SCÌÒ MAGAZINE ignites the spirit of ‘Parrhesia‘ for Issue 4, Volume 1! This ancient concept celebrates our right to unleash our creative voices, to express ourselves freely and authentically. We invite writers, poets, artists, and photographers to push boundaries and embrace the power of their unique perspectives.

The issue is slated for publication in June 2024. Only twenty (20) entries will be accepted.

Parrhesia: A Celebration of Unfettered Expression

Parrhesia is the courage to speak the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. In this issue, we celebrate a broader understanding – the freedom to express ourselves creatively, without limitations or censorship. This is your platform to raise your voice and showcase your artistic vision.

We welcome submissions that explore the multifaceted nature of creative expression. Whether it’s the raw power of poetry, the evocative beauty of visual art, or the captivating narrative of prose, we want to see your unique take on the world.

Channel your anger into searing critique, weave personal truths into poignant stories, or capture the raw beauty of vulnerability through art and photography. We welcome all!

The submission window is open until 25th May 2024. Submit your work before the deadline to be considered for the explosive Parrhesia issue.

CỌ́N-SCÌÒ recognizes and values the contributions of our contributors. As a self-funded magazine, we offer a token of appreciation (₦5,000) for each accepted and published submission.
