WHO COULD HAVE KNOWN?

Read Time:51 Second
www.facebook.com/WRRPoetry [Who Could Have Known]

Who could have known?
That darkness could hide beneath light
She was a hypocrite to moods and feelings
Its painful moods cannot be perceived by sight

Who could have known?
The round green citrus fruit will have an acidic juice
She was the perfect lime
In her world all happiness could get was deuce

Who could have known?
That under those beautiful tops
Were bright red scars
Skin plagued with marks

Who could have known?
That under that lovely smile
She had a problem
Throat thick with bile

Who could have known?
That this beautiful lady
Had a horrible past
Deflowered by daddy

Who could have known?
This lover of life
Would lay in her garden
And end it all with a knife

She came to her limit
Its so sad
How people succumb to
The devils that drive them mad
