Each is a wonder that never ends<br>
In this world, to thrive,<br>
They are remedies for a boring life.
<p>When our troubles are much and all,<br>
Friends will make them small:<br>
A problem shared is a problem solved,<br>
Only if one is truly loved.</p>
<p>O, when they call my name,<br>
I feel blessed with a little fame.<br>
A wonderful feeling of being known<br>
Flits through my every bone.</p>
<p>Our hearts sing a song so sweet,<br>
This makes us smile anytime we meet.<br>
Life’s no longer difficult<br>
While we laugh and forget our faults.</p>
<p>True, a faithful friend is not a curse<br>
And a bad one makes life worse.<br>
Like dancing trees to the wind’s melody<br>
So are we swayed by friends and family.</p>

 <div class="be-author-meta be-author-description">Ukpanyang Kingsley Ayi alias "Ayistar" is a 500 Level medical student of the prestigious University of Calabar Teaching Hospital. Born in the early 90s, he hails from Odukpani Local Government area of Cross River State. He is a Christian, a lover of words and writes for edification and motivation. He believes that "Talents and Gifts are tools for building our God-given dreams into reality." Though without an award yet, his works has been published in several poetry anthologies like Via Grapevine II, Epistle of Lies etc, and other poetry sites online.</div>
