PARALLEL LINES MYTH by Morenikeji Oloye

Read Time:20 Second

“Ada, that boy is not good for you!” Mama Ada lamented.
“Aren’t there enough beautiful Hausa maidens for you to make your choice?” Mustapha’s brother interjected.
“He’s the one I want, mama.”
“Yaya, nagode! I have made my choice already.”

Truth be told,
if parallel lines had a mind of their own,
just like Ada and Mustapha,
they would meet to defy the myth!
