LET HIM RISE

Read Time:34 Second

www.facebook.com/WRRPoetry [Let Him Rise]
When he seemed so helpless
And the nation burned
We all said he was just clueless
Our respects he never earned.

Now he wields the big stick
To pounce on the vampires
But we say he is playing tricks
To steal our ravaged empires

When you give a man the raps
Do you still set him traps?
And when a man slips or trips
Do you get his wings clipped?

Let him rise
He that is down
Perhaps our crown
Shall becomes his prize

And peace our lot…
