I see clouds laden with hope gathering
The shadow is birthing tears!
I hear the sound of the rain
Pouring
Life within its hold!

I see an army, armed with tomorrow
Growing,
Whetting their sword in fear!
I hear anguish, screams
Echoing
Birthing our will to go!

I see light, hope in its fold
Shining
A crescent moon, through the clouds, pierces!
I see purity engulf the land
Washing,
Causing the future to unfold!

I see the future, life in it explodes
Burning
Victory through today’s pains tear!
I see us, hand raised in supplication
Praying
Thanking the Lord of Host!
