HOW I MISS YOU

Read Time:1 Minute, 2 Second

www.facebook.com/WRRPoetry [How I Miss You]
It’s been a while since you left me
But the thought of you is still fresh
Like morning dew at break of dawn
So many have tried to replace you
But none can fit in, not the way you do

You understood my every plight
You knew what irked me when I cried
My pains and troubles, were part of you
And you never left me far off your side

They say I’ll never find another, that’s true!
The love we shared me was like paper on glue
Although we spent little time playing together
I cherish the brief times, even now and forever

I’m sure you gave me my first kiss
Surely, holding me always gave you bliss
In reminiscence and tears I write this piece
Praying God grants you heavenly peace

How I miss you
How I need you now
How I wish you never left
But death is a debt we all must pay

I love you
I love you late Mrs. Patricia Egbomuche
I love you mum
But God loves you more.
