BRILLIANT DARKNESS (by Fr. Albert Jungers)

Read Time:19 Second
Brilliant Darkness

In the Congo where titanium reigns
Tears fall like blood upon the ground.
Women pay a heavy price
For metal so light beneath them found.
The tears of infants go deep inside
Where they cannot be wiped away,
Reconstructed with scars that will stay
Serving horrid pride.
