LIGHT WITHOUT THE SUN

Under the same roof, with me and I aloof
I’m but a peasant on a desert
“Things will get better” leads tơ blubber with no proof
Night in noon. I sight a slumbering sun
But the me inside, sights the singing moon
Heart sings along, “there will be light without the sun”
